Ingredients
- Rice 300 gram
- Green Chili 4 to 5
- Curry leaves 3 to 5
- Dry red Chili 4 to 5
- Mustard Seeds 1 table spoon (tbsp)
- Coconut Powder 4 table spoon (tbsp)
- White Butter 3 table spoon (tbsp)
- Coriander 1/4 bunches
- Asafetida 1/2 tea spoon (tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Cashew nut as required
- Water 3 cup

Recipe Instructions
- Add 300g boiled rice in a mixing bowl along with 4-5green chilies, 3-5curry leaves, 4-5 dry red chili,1tbsp mustard seeds, 4 tbsp coconut powder, 3 tbspwhite butter, chopped coriander, ½ tea spoon (tsp) asafetida, salt to taste , water and cashew nuts .Mix well
- Take a microwave bowl add the mixture into the bowl along with 3 cups water Microwave in Orient Micro Chef on high mode for 15 minutes
- Serve hot
