Ingredients

  • Fish Fillet 400 Gram
  • Dry Red Chili 3 to 4
  • Green Chili 2
  • Tamarind 2 table spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Brown Sugar 1/2 table spoon
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tea spoon
  • Mustard Paste 1 table spoon
  • Garlic Paste 1 tea spoon
  • Ginger Paste 1 tea spoon
  • Onion Paste 1/2 tea spoon
  • Soya Sauce 1 table spoon
  • Oil 2 table spoon
  • Water as required

Recipe Instructions

  1. Cut fish in to cubes.
  2. Take a bowl add fish 400 gram, dry red chili 3 to 4, chopped green chili 2 table spoon, tamarind water 2 table spoon, salt to taste, brown sugar tea spoon, black pepper 1/2 tea spoon, garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon, ginger paste 1/2 tea spoon, onion paste 1 tea spoon, soya sauce 1 table spoon, oil 2 table spoon, and mix well.
  3. Add mixture in to a microwave bowl add water as required and cook in orient micro chef for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
