Ingredients

  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Water ½ cup
  • Cauliflower ½ bunches
  • Potato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Green Chili 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Whole hot spice as required
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon (tsp)
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon (tsp)
  • Red chili powder 1tea spoon (tsp)
  • Red Beans ½ cups
  • Green Peas ¼ cups
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 table spoon (tbsp)
  • Onion 2 medium
  • Ginger as required
  • Oil 1 table spoon (tbsp)
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Ginger for garnish

Navraten Korma is a very important dish cooked in the subcontinent specially on occasions.

Recipe Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl; add yogurt 250 gram, water ½ cup mix little bit, ¼ boiled cauliflowers, 1 boiled chopped potato, 1 boiled capsicum, 1 sliced green chilies, Tomato 1 in cubes cut, cumin powder 1 tea spoon (tsp), coriander powder 1 tea spoon (tsp), red chili powder 1 tea spoon (tsp), red beans ½ cup, green peas ¼ cup, garam masala powder 1 tsp, salt to taste, fresh cream 2 table spoon (tbsp), fry onion 2, oil 1 tsp and mix it well.
  2. Put all mixture into micro wave dish and put it in to orient micro chef for 7 minutes.
  3. When 7 minutes micro done Know u can take it stir every thing well so that the masala sticks properly to the vegetables ensure that vegetable cooked add fry 2 medium onion, oil 1 table spoon (tbsp), coriander ginger mix it again and again put into orient micro chef for 3 minutes.
  4. Serve it hot.
