Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Stick ½
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Cashew nut 8 to 10
  • Yogurt 2 table spoon (tbsp)
  • Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon (tsp)
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder ½ tea spoon (tsp)
  • Garam masala powder ½ tea spoon (tsp)
  • Turmeric powder ½ tea spoon (tsp)
  • Coriander powder 1 tea spoon (tsp)
  • Dry fenugreek 1 tea spoon (tsp)
  • Cottage Cheese 1 packet.

Recipe Instructions

  1. In a juicer blender, add cinnamon stick ½, tomato 2, onion 1, cashew nut 8 to 10, yougurt 2 table spoon (tbsp), water ¼ cup and mix it well.
  2. Take a bowl add cottage cheese, all ingredients paste, salt to taste, red chili powder ½ tea spoon (tsp), garam masala powder ½ tea spoon (tsp), turmeric powder ½ tea spoon (tsp), coriander powder 1 tea spoon (tsp), dry fenugreek 1 tea spoon (tsp) and mix it well.
  3. Take am micro wave dish admixture into and put it in orient micro chef for 6minutes.
  4. Serve it hot.
